Type definitions for Nova interaction

enum Nova.Types.DataComponent

Specifies a data component that Nova tools operate on, like images or heightmaps.

This is used as a parameter to input.getProviderData in the execute method of tools to specify which device-specific data type to retrieve.

Depth

Depth map.

Height

Height map.

IntMS1

Single-channel intensity image for multispectral imaging, channel 1.

IntMS2

Single-channel intensity image for multispectral imaging, channel 2.

enum Nova.Types.TeachState

Specifies the teach state for a tool that requires teach, see requiresTeach in Tool Registration Arguments.

The teach state is used as a parameter to parameters.setTeachState in the execute method for tools that requires teach. The teach state is also used by Nova to show relevant information in the teach panel.

Failed

No valid teach has been performed. The teach may have failed or teach has not been performed yet.

Success

Teach has been performed successfully.

Undefined

The teach state has not been set.
